About Gonzalo Santellán

My Path

I grew up in the countryside of Argentina, where life was simple, rhythms were slow, and community mattered.

My professional path has been less linear: I trained as a cardiologist, moved into sports medicine, expanded into systemic healthcare innovation, and trained as a psychotherapist - all driven by the same question: How do we create health, not just treat disease?

How I See Health
and Systems

I believe healthcare is not just about interventions - it’s about creating conditions for healing, dignity, and flourishing.

Health tech innovation doesn’t replace human care; it supports it. Technology needs to empower better individuals, increase connection, inprove health and well-being - not reduce people to numbers or body parts.

How I Work

I work with transparency, honesty, and presence.

I enjoy collaborations where curiosity is valued, where depth matters, and where practical impact is combined with ethical responsibility.

I value integrity, mutual respect, and a sense of shared mission.
